Cosmetic Roll-CIT by Environ is a professional product made from surgical steel. It provides safety of use in home conditions. Cosmetic Roll-CIT is a device that non-invasively increases the penetration of active ingredients into the deeper layers of the skin.

The device has 108 micro-needles, 0.1 mm long, which puncture only the stratum corneum of the epidermis, the greatest barrier for active ingredients contained in creams. The needle length was developed on the basis of many years of skin research. Environ microneedling treatment does not cause skin bleeding, and the microchannels regenerate within 8 hours during sleep.

About 316L steel

Stainless steel 316L is a high-quality austenitic steel with reduced carbon content, used among others in medical, surgical and cosmetic instruments. It contains chromium, nickel and molybdenum, which gives it very good resistance to corrosion, moisture, disinfectants and contact with cosmetic preparations. The letter “L” stands for low carbon, meaning low carbon content. This reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion and improves the durability of the material. 316L steel has a smooth, non-porous surface, so it is easy to clean and disinfect thoroughly and does not promote retention of contaminants. In practice this means the material is:

resistant to rust and moisture
durable and chemically stable
suitable for repeated contact with the skin
commonly used in professional cosmetic and medical accessories

It is worth noting that the designation 316L does not indicate low quality — on the contrary, it is one of the most valued grades of stainless steel for applications requiring high resistance and hygiene.

Usage:

The Cosmetic Roll-CIT device may be introduced no earlier than the second level of the Environ Vitamin STEP-UP SYSTEM when the skin is properly prepared. Rinse the device with warm water before and after each use.

In the evening, after cleansing and toning the skin, place the device on the chosen area (e.g. face and neck), pressing gently in a star pattern (vertical, horizontal, diagonal) until the entire area is covered:
- Zone 1: forehead and upper eyelids – 1 minute
- Zones 2 and 3: cheeks and lower eyelids – 1 minute each side
- Zones 4 and 5: neck and décolletage – 1 minute each side
Apply Environ products recommended for the given skin type.
Start using the device twice a week and gradually increase frequency up to daily use.
Once a week thoroughly clean the device using Environ Instrument Cleaning Solution.
Before storing or reusing, allow the device to dry.
Store the dry device in the dedicated protective container with the needles pointing downwards.
If sensitivity, irritation or a rash occurs, reduce the frequency of treatments. If symptoms persist, consult an Environ skin care specialist.
Before first use we recommend reading the leaflet supplied with the device.

Cleaning:

After use, rinse the device with hot water (not boiling) and spray with a disinfectant available in pharmacies, e.g. Octenisept.
Allow to dry completely, then place the Cosmetic Roll-CIT in its dedicated protective container.
It is also recommended once a week to use the specialist ENVIRON Instrument Cleaning Solution for disinfecting Roll-CIT dermarollers:
1. Place the device in the specially designed container and pour in the solution so that it covers the tips.
2. Leave for up to 10 minutes, remove the device and discard the solution.
3. Rinse the device thoroughly with warm water.
4. Allow to dry before storing or reusing.

The Cosmetic Roll-CIT device has a 12-month warranty with proof of purchase. Maximum product lifetime with regular use is up to 2 years.
