Microneedle mesotherapy treatment is extremely effective in nourishing the skin and providing all the necessary ingredients to maintain a young appearance. Thanks to dermarollers from our offer, you can use the support of creams and serums into the skin – it is enough that with the help of the selected Roll-CIT you will massage the substance into the skin. Home rollers have needles with a length of 0.1 to 0.3 mm – such treatment is simultaneous removal of the keratinized epidermis and supporting absorption cosmetic preparations.

Environ Roll-CIT This is a skin micropuncture device designed by Dr. Desmond Fernandes, a renowned plastic surgeon and founder of Environ. This device is available in different versions:

• Cosmetic Roll-CIT: designed for home use, equipped with micro-needs of 0.02 mm to 0.2 mm in length.

• Medical Roll-CIT: Intended for professional use by qualified physicians and therapists, with needles from 1mm to 1.5mm long, used to treat acne scars, fine lines and wrinkles and to improve skin elasticity.

• Focus-CIT: Stamp-shaped device, designed for micropuncture of hard-to-reach areas of the face. With Focus-CIT we will perform the procedure in the tear valley, on the eyebrow arch, around the lips, as well as in the area of nasolabial folds and nose wings. 14 micro needles made of stainless steel with a length of 0.1 mm.

Dr. Desmond Fernandes is a pioneer in the field of microneedling. In the 90s, he developed this technique as an alternative to other methods of skin regeneration. His research has shown that micropuncture stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, which leads to an improvement in the structure and appearance of the skin.
