Directions for use:

Pour one tablespoon (approx. 11 g) of dry collagen into a glass or shaker, add 200–250 ml of water or your favorite drink, mix well and leave for one minute. Mix again until completely dissolved. For maximum results, take Collagen Shots on an empty stomach.
