The DF Mobile device enables two methods to be used simultaneously: pulsed current flow and low-frequency sound waves.

Everything depends on the goal you want to achieve and the products you use. To reduce expression lines, choose neuropeptides. Hyaluronic acid Hydrating Serum can be used over the entire face. This delivers hydrated, smooth and radiant-looking skin.

1. Who should use DF Mobile?
Anyone who currently uses Environ products, because their skin is accustomed to vitamin A and responds in a more predictable way. By combining DF Mobile with the recommended Environ skin care routine, you can maximise the benefits of professional Environ facial treatments at home.

2. Who should not use the DF Mobile device?
People with a pacemaker or any type of electronic implant, people with metal facial implants, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with epilepsy, angina, arrhythmia or haemophilia, patients who have had a stroke, and patients with cancer or undergoing radiotherapy. Other exclusions include open cuts and abrasions in the treatment area, herpes simplex (type I) and ulcers, botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers (a two-week waiting period is recommended to avoid affecting their placement), and sunburned skin. 

3. Where can the DF Mobile device be used?
The DF Mobile device can be used on the following areas or concerns: wrinkles on the forehead and between the eyebrows, nasolabial folds and other lines around the mouth, fine lines around the eyes, discolouration caused by sun damage, a double chin and small scars.

4. How often can I use the DF Mobile device?
When you begin using the DF Mobile device, use it every few days, gradually increasing the frequency to every other day and eventually daily. It can be used on a specific area of the face or over the entire face and neck.

5. Is a tingling sensation in the hand normal when using the DF Mobile device?
Yes. For this reason, always use a slightly damp conductive cloth when using DF Mobile to ensure good conduction of the electrical current.

6. How do I register the warranty and what does it mean for me?
Keep your proof of purchase and warranty in a safe place. The DF Mobile warranty is valid for 24 months. If you need assistance, contact the Environ distributor from whom you purchased the device.

7. Care of DF Mobile:

• Before and after use: Wipe the DF Mobile device with a clean, soft and slightly damp cloth / Do not immerse the DF Mobile device in water / Periodically clean the treatment head by wiping it with a soft cloth and a product intended for disinfecting devices.
• Head: when the DF Mobile device is not in use, store it safely in the case supplied at purchase.
• Battery care: DF Mobile switches off automatically after 15 minutes. The DF Mobile device should last for at least 8-10 sessions of 15 minutes before it needs to be recharged.
  If you do not intend to use the DF Mobile device for an extended period, fully charge it before storage until the green light comes on. The battery charges fully in approximately 2 hours.
  If the DF Mobile device does not work and the battery does not charge, check that all plugs are connected correctly. The DF Mobile device must not be used while charging. To replace the battery, return the DF Mobile device to any authorised Environ distributor, who will then send it to the authorised Environ distributor for replacement.

8. How long does it take to charge, and when does it require another full charge?

The battery charges fully in approximately 2 hours and can be used for 8-10 sessions of 15 minutes before it requires another full charge. 

9. Can I return my purchase?

NOTE: Please consider your purchase carefully. Devices showing signs of use cannot be returned.
