• ECOCERT promotes the use of ingredients from renewable sources and organic farming, as well as the use of production and manufacturing processes that are environmentally friendly and safe for human health.
• To obtain certification, products must meet the high requirements of the ECOCERT standard.
• The composition of products must contain at least 95% ingredients of natural origin and a minimum of 5% to 10% ingredients from organic farming.
• Jane Iredale Hydration Water earned ECOCERT certification, exceeding the required standards - they are 100% natural and 30.01% organic.
• The alcohol used in the Hydration Waters is 100% organic and comes from sugar cane. Its content is minimal - about 0.025% - but it serves an important function in the spray, as it helps disperse and protect the organic extracts in the water formula. The small amount of alcohol present in the hydration waters does not cause skin irritation or dryness, as is usually the case with alcohol obtained from wheat or grain.
