Buy an e-gift voucher to use in our online store. Choose the value and we will email you a unique code to use when shopping. You can print it or send it to the recipient.

The gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Step 1 - Choose the amount

Choose a gift amount: 150 PLN, 300 PLN, 500 PLN or 1 000 PLN. With values available from 100 to 1000 PLN, the recipient will be able to purchase any products from our store's range.

Step 2 - Payment

Buy the gift card on its own or combine it with other products from our store. Whichever option you choose, our convenient checkout offers various payment methods so you can complete your purchase quickly.

Step 3 - Redeeming the voucher

How do you use our electronic vouchers?

• Choose the products that meet your expectations.
• When completing your order, enter the one-time voucher code in the discount-code field. It will reduce the value of your shopping basket by the voucher amount.

The gift card can only be used online at longevityholistic.com

The gift card is valid for 6 months from purchase, is non-exchangeable and non-refundable, and its balance cannot be increased. It cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay for only part of a purchase. Fontanna Mlodosci Sp. z o.o. accepts no liability and will not refund funds or replace the discount code received with the purchase of a gift card if it is lost.

The voucher code is for one-time use.
